Susan Creeden
My real estate career began when I was licensed in January 2001, but I grew up in the real estate business. I have represented custom home builders, and both home Buyers and Sellers. There have been many changes in the real estate industry since I started. Adjusting to the ever-shifting market and industry changes is critical.
When you call me, I answer my phone, available to assist you! My fantastic list of proven vendors helps keep every process moving forward. Your complete satisfaction is my ultimate goal.
My education includes a BA in Management and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation - which is the Real Estate equivalent of a Masters's Degree. This education combined with my experience, and extensive CE ensures outstanding service to my clients- many of who become my friends and repeat clients!
Surrounded by, and learning from, industry leaders is very important to me. As a second-generation Realtor, I grew up helping my Mom with her real estate marketing - she was an award-winning REALTOR. My husband is a Forensic Structural/Civil Engineer, P.E., and a wonderful go-to expert with structural questions. I appreciate knowing I can quickly gain insight and knowledge.
Previous closed real estate transactions include residential land, new home, and resell - both on the listing and buying side. I am both an Accreditated Buyers Agent (ABR) and a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS.)
